Before we start our Parkour journey, we need to prepare.
We'll go over equipment, common Parkour spots found in every neighbourhood, how to structure a Parkour session and warmup videos.

I was once an unfit kid who never imagined himself as an athlete.
Instead, I spent all day playing video games, vicariously running on walls as the Prince of Persia.
None of the sports I tried felt right, until, I discovered Parkour.
