Instead of making Parkour another thing in my life where I need to perform, set goals,
compare myself, and show up a certain number of times a week for it to be worth it,…
Why don’t we flip the script?
For me Parkour is an area in my life where it doesn’t matter if I do something decent or “good”.
It’s just a place to play and explore. Sometimes I do something I’m proud of, and quite often I don’t.
If I'm scared of a jump and don’t do it today... Who cares? The jump will still be there tomorrow.
Whatever happens in my Parkour session, I return to my “normal life” with new energy and a sense of play which transfers into the rest of my day.
I call it my “movement meditation” and it’s what I wish for you to have as well.
COOL, but how do I get there?
